FixProMaster FixJoint is a high-performance, two-part epoxy paving grout designed for jointing natural stone, porcelain and concrete paving. Suitable for residential and commercial landscaping projects, it provides strong, durable and permeable joints for a wide range of external paving applications.
The advanced epoxy resin system combines excellent bonding performance with practical wet-weather application. FixJoint can be applied in damp and rainy conditions, helping installers maintain progress when the weather is unpredictable.
Once fully cured, FixJoint forms a durable joint that resists weed growth, washout, frost damage and pressure washing. It provides a clean, attractive finish while helping to reduce ongoing maintenance.
FixJoint is suitable for use with a range of external paving materials, including:
Typical applications include patios, garden pathways, courtyards, entrances, driveways and suitable commercial paved areas. The paving must be securely installed on a supporting construction designed for the anticipated traffic and loading.
Ensure all paving slabs, setts or blocks are firmly bedded, stable and suitable for the intended application. Loose or moving paving must be corrected before jointing.
Joints must be clean and free from dust, dirt, oil, weeds and loose material. Maintain a minimum joint width of 5mm and a minimum joint depth of 20mm.
Thoroughly wet the paving surface and joints before application. Allow standing water to drain away.
Wear suitable personal protective equipment, including protective gloves and eye protection.
Place the supplied resin and aggregate blend into the mixing tub and add the entire contents of the hardener bottle.
Using a suitable paddle mixer, mix thoroughly for approximately 3–5 minutes until the material is completely uniform. Ensure the components are fully incorporated before application.
Keep the paving surface wet throughout the application process.
Pour the mixed compound directly onto the prepared paving surface. Using a rubber squeegee, work the material firmly into the joints, ensuring they are completely filled.
Compact the jointing material using a suitable jointing tool where required. Remove excess material by sweeping diagonally across the paving with a soft brush.
Check that all joints remain fully filled and remove surface residue before the epoxy compound begins to cure.
Although FixJoint is suitable for wet-weather application, freshly completed joints should be protected from heavy rainfall, concentrated water flow or other conditions that could disturb the material before curing.
Clean all mixing equipment, squeegees, brushes and jointing tools immediately after use with warm, soapy water, before the epoxy resin cures.
FixJoint contains reactive epoxy components. Follow the product label and relevant Safety Data Sheet (SDS) when handling, mixing and applying the compound.
Important: Read the current product Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and all packaging instructions before use.
Store FixJoint in a cool, dry, frost-free environment at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C. Keep the packaging securely closed and protect the product from unsuitable storage conditions.
Permeable jointing material does not make an otherwise impermeable paving construction permeable. Drainage performance depends on the complete paving system, including the bedding layer, supporting base and site drainage arrangements.
For driveways and heavy-load applications, the underlying paving construction must be suitable for the anticipated traffic. Jointing compound alone does not provide structural support for loose or inadequately bedded paving.
All paving and jointing products should be installed using recognised industry methods and appropriate site preparation procedures. Product performance depends on the condition of the substrate, joint dimensions, installation methods, curing conditions and environmental exposure.
The manufacturer and supplier cannot accept responsibility for failures resulting from incorrect installation, unsuitable substrates, inadequate site preparation or conditions outside their reasonable control, subject to applicable statutory rights.

"Good product excellent services."
"Looks great and was very easy to apply"
"I have found Joint-it Simple 20 to be effective at filling gaps between slabs. Easy to follow instructions and contained in an Air-tight bag until required, all that is needed is a water supply to clean slabs, a firm brush to apply the medium and a soft brush to finish off. This provides a visible improvement from the slabs alone, very pleased with this medium."
